Had not a bad run today in the novice test which was well thought out and enjoyable.
It was a double mark in heavy cover, then onto a double mark one of which was in water, and a long blind.
Managed 1st place, second was quite close behind and from the same breeding line !
Great weather apart from a small shower mid morning and the crack was good, the guys up there are a great bunch with a right friendly atmosphere and a few jokers amongst them.

If we had a Hall of Fame for gundogs in UK, which dogs would you suggest should be included in it?
